Hub Soccer of Denville is excited to announce that Fall soccer registration is open! Please read the important information below to ensure your child is placed in the correct division/grade. Registration is for their FALL 2024 GRADE and DIVISION.
Fall Soccer Programs Available
- Recreation Soccer: PreK, Kindergarten, 1, 2, 3, and 4. PreKs must be age 4 by Sept. 1. Eight-week program, including one practice weekday night with a Red Bulls trainer and games on Saturday mornings to early afternoons (games are run by parent coaches). The schedule for practices will be sent late August/early September. The game schedule will be available early in September.
- The cost is $145 per player (family discount noted below).
- Late registration fee: $195 (no family discount).
We need parent coaches to assist the trainer as needed and run games on Saturday mornings. Please sign up when you register.
- RVSL Recreation Soccer: Grades 5, 6, 7, 8 and High School. RVSL is the Rockaway Valley Soccer League, which is a recreation soccer league where we play games vs. other local towns. Travel to other local towns for away games. HUB Soccer joined the RVSL Recreation League 15+ years ago due to not having enough players to do an in-town program for grades 7 and high school. Several years ago, grades 5 and 6 were added for the same reason. The RVSL provides a Saturday game venue for playing local towns. Games are competitive with referees. We will form gender-specific teams if the numbers support, otherwise, the teams will play coed. Eight-week program, including two weeknight practices and games on Saturday (possibly an occasional weeknight game). Professional trainer for all practices and games.
- Cost is $225 per player (family discount noted below).
- Late registration fee: $250 (no family discount).Each team will need a parent coach/manager to handle communications, assist the trainer as needed, and help run the team at Saturday games. Please volunteer to be one when you register. RVSL goes by year of birth, not school grade. It takes more time and effort to put together teams and ensure that we have a place for all. Rosters have set limits on the number of players. Please do not wait to register to ensure a roster spot for your child.
- Munchkin Soccer: The Munchkin Division is for players aged 3.5, 4 and 5. This division is a clinic venue (no games) with fun activities to develop basic soccer skills and learn to love the game of soccer. Munchkins play Tuesdays at Field 10 All-purpose Turf Field at Veterans Field, Zeek Rd. and Saturdays at Upper Knuth Soccer Field, Cooper Rd. Both sessions are 1:00 to 1:45/2:00 PM. Munchkins has a limit of 40 players, so do not hesitate to register.
- The cost for Munchkins is $100 per player (family discount noted below). You can do one or both days. The cost is the same.
- Challenger Soccer: Challenger Soccer is for special needs players. We will send out a separate newsletter with full details about the schedule, venue, and a link to register.
START DATE/OPENING DAY: Saturday, September 7th, is opening day. Red Bulls trainers will run a clinic on opening day. Opening day is also photo day and sales of vintage HUB Soccer stuff! Schedule TBA.
END DATE: The last day of soccer will depend on bad weather make-ups and each division. Outlook would be the Saturdays of 11/2 or 11/9.
FAMILY DISCOUNT: $45 discount per player for 2 or more players from the same immediate family. All players must register on the same registration form.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: June 28th UNIFORMS: All players will receive a jersey, shorts and socks. Uniforms are required for Saturday games.
