SPRING RECREATION SOCCER REGISTRATION

GRADES – PreK – 4 th: PreKs must be age 4 by 4/1/24 to participate. Grades PreK – 4th will have Red Bulls trainers for weeknight practices.

RVSL GRADES – 5/6, 7/8 and High School: These teams play in the Rockaway Valley Soccer League. RVSL teams will have certified/licensed professional trainers.

MUNCHKIN DIVISION: a clinic venue that is fast paced with skill development in a fun oriented 45-minute session for 3.5, 4 and 5 year olds. Saturdays and Tuesdays at 1:00 PM. You can do both days or just one. The cost is the same. Munchkins play Tuesdays at the Veterans Field ATF and Saturdays at the Upper Knuth front soccer field.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: March 15th.

LATE FEE/LATE REGISTRATION: We have caps on roster sizes once the number of teams is in place. We will take registrations until the roster cap is met. Any registrations submitted after March 15 will have a $15.00 late fee added to the registration. Please register early to ensure your child plays!

SEASON START/END DATE: Season begins April 15th, the end date is TBA depending on the # of teams, length of game schedule, and weather. Most likely the first or second Saturday in June.

PRACTICE AND GAME SCHEDULE: Will not be available until early April. Games are on Saturday mornings to early afternoons. Practices are on weeknights.

OTHER INFO:

REFUND POLICY UPDATE: Refunds requested after March 15 will be 70% of the registration fee to cover a variety of player expenses. There are no refunds after the season starts.

UNIFORMS: All recreation players will receive a uniform (shorts, socks, shirt/jersey)

RED BULLS TRAINER/ PLAYER RATIO: One of the opportunity areas from the fall was to reduce the number of players for each trainer as well as the cost benefit of trainers at recreation games. This results in having a parent coach supervising PreK and Division 5 games. Duties will be a quick warm up before the game starts, doing the line up and subbing at each quarter. We will provide you with the necessary equipment and a clinic.

REGISTRATION COST: Cost for the spring season is $145.00. There is a family discount for 2 or more players.
