Board Position Open- Treasurer Needed

HUB Soccer is seeking a dedicated volunteer to join our Board as Treasurer.

 

This is a great opportunity to support our community soccer program and help guide the club’s financial operations.

 

Position Responsibilities:

• Attend monthly board meetings held on the first Friday of each month (no meeting in July)
• Prepare the annual budget for board approval
• Create and maintain Budget vs. Actual reports
• Track and report bank and investment balances
• Provide a financial update at each board meeting
• Pay approved bills up to $500 in a timely manner upon receipt of invoice or documentation
• Payments over $500 require co-signature from the Club President

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background or experience in finance/accounting preferred, but not required
• Proficiency in Excel
